About

Todd Turnidge is a writer, poet, and flower farmer living in Gilroy, California, a region at the crossroads of the Central Coast, Central Valley, and the San Francisco Bay Area, a place where urban meets rural and ocean fogs confront intense valley heat.

He and his wife, the writer Carly Wheelehan Turnidge, are the proprietors of Painted Table Farm, a small flower farm specializing in cut flowers and market bouquets. Together they keep an eye on a growing army of non-economic livestock including two cows and five collective children.

Todd believes in second chances. Todd’s favorite flower is currently the lisianthus.
